Class Digital Board is a free digital classroom board you can open in any browser and put straight on your projector. It brings the tools you reach for every lesson into one screen: countdown timers, a random name picker, a group maker, a scoreboard, traffic lights and more. What is a digital classroom board?

A digital classroom board is a single display you project at the front of the room to run your lesson. Instead of juggling a separate timer app, a name wheel in one tab and a slide in another, you keep everything on one screen. Class Digital Board works like a whiteboard you fill with small tools, called widgets, that you can move, resize and save.

Classroom widgets included

Every widget is free and unlimited. Add as many as you need from the toolbar.

• Timer: countdown with one-click presets or a custom time, flashes and beeps at zero.
• Stopwatch: count up for warm-ups, transitions or fluency drills.
• Visual timer: a shrinking pie so students can see time left at a glance.
• Clock: a large live clock and date for the room.
• Random name picker: draw a student at random, with a no-repeat option so everyone gets a turn.
• Group maker: split your class into a set number of groups, or groups of a set size.
• Scoreboard: track points for teams or tables during review games.
• Traffic light: signal noise level or work status with red, amber and green.
• Work symbols: show the current work mode, from silent to pairs to group.
• Text and Do Now: a big editable box for your bell-ringer, agenda or instructions.
• Draw: sketch and annotate right on the board.
• Dice: roll one to three dice for games and probability lessons.
• Random number: pick a number in any range you set.
• Event countdown: count the days to a test, break or field trip.
• Sound level meter: use the mic to show how loud the room is getting.

How to use Class Digital Board in class

1. Open the board and pick a background color to match your room or projector.
2. Click the widgets you want from the top toolbar. Drag each one by its header and resize it from the corner.
3. Set up your timer, type your Do Now, and paste your class roster into the name picker or group maker.
4. Project it and run your lesson. Everything updates live.

Save your setups and reuse them

The board remembers itself. Your layout, timers, rosters and prompts are saved automatically in your browser, so a refresh brings everything back. When you want to keep a specific setup, name it and save it as a preset, then load it any time from the dropdown.

You can also download a setup as a file and upload it later, or on another computer. That means you can build a board once for each class or period, back it up, and never rebuild it from scratch.

Free, no login, works on any projector

Class Digital Board runs entirely in the browser. There is nothing to install, no sign-up, and none of the tools are locked behind a subscription. It works on interactive whiteboards, projectors and laptops, and it is built to be readable from the back of the room.
