Pick a class and a word bank, then press New Round. The class you pick is remembered.

Type a guess and press Enter. You get six tries.

When a round ends, a card shows the word, the guess count, and the class's record for today. Press Enter to start the next round. Show board hides the card if you want to talk through the guesses.

Under the controls: today's record for the class, how many words are left before the bank starts repeating, and the round number.

Reveal shows the answer and ends the round. It asks once before it does. The round counts as a loss.

Green is the right letter in the right spot. Orange is the right letter in the wrong spot. Grey means the letter is not in the word.

Practice does not count in Analytics. Pick a class if you want the round tracked.

Practice rounds still use up a word when No repeats is on.

A bank is a list of words. The game picks from whichever bank is selected.

+ New makes one. Name it and paste your list in the same box.

Bulk Add takes a pasted list. From File reads a .txt or .csv. Save List downloads the bank.

Click a word to delete it. Use the filter box to find one in a long list.

Above the list, show All, Unplayed, or Played words for this cycle, and sort by Added, A-Z, or Length.

No repeats skips words a class already played. Reset cycle makes them all available again.

In Admin, under the Word Bank card.

Set the topic, grade, and word length. Copy the prompt and give it to an AI assistant.

Paste the words it gives back into Bulk Add.

Win rates and guess counts for each class.

Click a row under Recent Games to see the guesses from that round.

In Admin, tap a class to turn it on or off. The ones that are on show up in the Play dropdown.

Open Edit period names to rename, add, or remove them.

Restore Block Schedule puts back Homeroom and 1A through 4B.

Restore Default Word Bank rebuilds the Default bank from the built-in list. Other banks are not touched.

Everything saves in this browser on this computer.

Export Backup writes a JSON file. Import Backup reads one back in.

Link Data File keeps a file on your drive updated as you go, so nothing is lost if the browser clears. Chrome and Edge only.

Turn it on from the ⚙ Display menu at the top.

You get green sabers, lightsaber sounds, and different messages. It does not change the words or the scores.

⚙ Display. Opens a menu with Class view, Star Wars mode, Colorblind colors, Big mode, and Dark theme. Each one shows On or Off.

Class view hides everything but the board. The gear next to the class name opens the pickers and Reveal. Press Esc to exit.
